ILX Resorts, Inc. wanted to boost attendance to their annual holiday light event, Red Rock Fantasy, held at Los Abrigados Resort & Spa.

We suggested several strategies including the reallocation of some of their advertising budget towards publications with greater reach and exposure. This included the production of an eight-page tabloid with a circulation of nearly 400,000 throughout Arizona, as well as, an aggressive print, radio and television campaign.

To further bolster event attendance, we launched a public relations strategy that reached a large percentage of the major and minor Arizona publications and gained some national attention as a feature on CNN Headline News as well.
